The max tdp thermal design power of cpu is 95w over

hiiii i have mercury mother board PG41U model .... recently i am facing the problem with the Max TDP(terminal design power of cu is 95w (over) prepare to shut down in 10 sec plz... give me any information with this error ...

We need the exact make and model of the motherboard. If the PC is a Dell or HP or some other pre built solution then its best to tell us the PC make and model. What it sounds like is that your motherboard does not support the CPU. It may be a case that you need a Bios update or the board may just not support the CPU at all. Mactronix
